Poll Time Once Again — My Blog

Let’s show the kapit-bisig strength we have. Both for Richard Yap to get to top 2. Poll: 100 Sexiest Men in the Philippines 2016 – Heat 6 Note: not sure where my first post went

via Poll Time Once Again — My Blog

Instead of stressing ourselves with the bashers of Sir RY, let’s just show our support by watching their movie. It’s something we really hoped for –  a reunion project of our favorite love team, Jodi and Richard, Maya and SerChief.

Let’s show the management how thankful we are that they are given this movie. Surely once they realize how we missed them so much, a teleserye would be very possible after the movie.

Please join the twitter party today by posting your thoughts about them and their movie. Let’s keep it positive.  Add the tagline JOCHARD THE ACHY BREAKY HEARTS

Please support Sir RY in the poll too.

Kapit bisig ulit.

Thanks!

The Adventures and Misadventures of Ricky, Maya at ang Team San Nicolas : For Your Eyes Only

“Sweetheart let’s go. Naghihintay na sila Nanay. We are having breakfast. They were calling us kanina pa kaso you were still asleep.”

“Sige na Ricky mauna ka na sa labas. Tatapusin ko lang to.”

“No. I will wait for you.” Ricky said in his usual sweet voice that never fails to give Maya goosebumps and feel kilig.

“Ano ba kasi yun sinusulat mo?” Ricky tried to peek at what his wife was writing.

“Wag nga! Kainis naman to.” She tried to hide what seemed like a kiddie notebook from her husband.

“Ano yan listahan na naman ng pasalubong? Sweetheart we’ve bought many pasalubongs already. Baka naman mapuno na yun luggage natin nyan.”

“Tara na nga. Ang kulit mo Ricky. Di ako makapagconcentrate sa ginagawa ko.”

Then she and her husband joined the dela Rosa’s in the special breakfast of sinangag, eggs, daing, tapa, pandesal, mantekilya, fresh fruits and even had some suman at latik.

They cooked various meals for the couple.

“Richard, Maya  san ang lakad nyo ngayon? Pwede ko kayong pasamahan kay Lino kung may mga bibilhin pa kayong pasalubong.” Nanay Teresita asked them while they were now eating some of the ripe mangoes their friend, Don Fernando sent.

“Ah no need po Nay. Pupuntahan lang namin yun bahay tapos iikot lang sa bayan. I don’t think its advisable to allow your daughter to buy more pasalubong. Baka excess baggage na naman kami sa eroplano. Nakakahiya naman sa Time Airways.” Ricky answered while laughing which earned him a sungit glare from his wife.

The Lim couple bought a parcel of land in San Nicolas, just a few minutes walk from the dela Rosa residence. Ricky and Maya wanted to have their own house since they frequently visit San Nicolas anyway.

The house being built is halfway done and the couple had made a couple of visits to ensure that their approved plan of the house would be followed.

It was their Tatay Arturo and Simon who supervise the construction and Ricky was suprised at how strict Tatay Arturo was with the architect and workers. He was impressed that the completion of the house is really on schedule.

Tatay Arturo’s supervision and Simon’s assistance is a big help to the Lim couple that whenever they visit, they still have time to enjoy the beautiful places of San Nicolas. It gave the couple time to unwind and enjoy each other’s company away from the kids and from work.

=============================================

“Tay ano po ang mga yan?” Maya asked Tatay Arturo who just arrived with Simon and Lino. He was carrying a basket covered with a cloth.

It was already lunch time and the couple were back in the DeLa Rosa residence after spending their morning at the town plaza.

“Ah anak balut eto. Pinakyaw namin yun nandun sa bayan. Ibabalik na lang namin yun basket.”

“Ha? Ang dami naman nyan Tay.”

“Ah mainam to para kay Richard anak.” Tatay Arturo automatically commented.

Kute and Nay Tere just exchanged glances. They wanted to cover the mouth of the tactless Tatay Arturo.

“Huh? Sa akin po tay?” Richard suddenly got curious as to why he needs balut.

“Eto rin nagdala rin kami ng chili oil. Ilang garapon din to Maya, Richard. Binebenta yan dun sa palengke. Mabili yan at talagang ginagamit ng mga mag-asawa.” It was Aling Ibing who joined the conversation. She and some of their other neighbors were like family to them already that they always frequent the e la Rosa residence whenever Ricky and Maya arrive for a visit.

The couple had the questioning look on their faces.

It was Nanay Tere who interjected. “O siya mamaya na yan. Kain na muna tayo at lalamig na yun inihanda namin.”

========

Simon, Lino and Aling Ibing had left and the family were in the sala enjoying their time together when Maya suddenly remembered something.

“Tay ano yung sinasabi nyong kailangan ni Ricky ng balut?”

“And the chili oil Aling Ibing gave. Para saan po yun?” Ricky also casually asked.

Tay Arturo helplessly stared at Nay Tere and and Kute. While the couple were inside the room few minutes ago, Kute already reminded Tatay Arturo to keep silent about it. They didn’t want to offend Ricky.

Nabasa nila yun notebook ni Cho which Maya temporarily used as diary while in San Nicolas. It is where Maya  wrote that Ricky sometimes seemed tired and low on energy on their intimate moments. Learning about it, the de la Rosas and even their close friends wanted to help in any little way they can. That’s why Tatay Arturo, Simon and Lino thought of the balut and Aling Ibing the chili oil. They know that it would help in the couple’s ‘you and me’ time.

“Lagot na.” Kute whispered.

Maya and Ricky were waiting for their reply and since no one was saying anything, it was Cho who provided the reason.

“Kasi po Ninang at Tito Richard nabasa nila Nanay, Lola Nanay at Lolo Tatay yun sinulat ni Ninang sa notebook ko eh.”

The three were already cringing when Cho answered. Lagot talaga sila kay Maya.

“Sweetheart what did you write?”  Ricky now faced the blushing Maya.

“Ah eh bayaw, hindi naman namin sinsadyang mabasa yun sinulat neto ni Maya.” Kute decided to save her sister from the still very clueless Ricky.

“Atsaka mas mabuti na yun mga anak para maremedyohan natin. Alam nyo na. Mahalaga ang ganun sa mag-asawa. Hindi dapat ipinagwawalang bahala ang ganun.

“Nay what do you mean? Maya?”

“Ah.. eh sweetheart…”

==========

On their flight back home…

“Uy Sweetheart wag ka nang magtampo. Para yun lang. Huy…”

“Hindi ako nagtatampo Maya. Galit ako!” he glared at her but Maya, who was really guilty just laughed it off.

“That’s not something na maliit lang Maya. Ako yun napahiya kina Nanay, Tatay, Kute, Simon, Lino and even Aling Ibing. My God what would they think of me?”

“Di ba nga, iisipin nila nanay at tatay ma maswerte ang anak nila. Bida ka kaya sa karamihan ng isinulat ko. Kung nabasa nila yun, tiyak sasabihin nila na para akong nanalo sa lotto talaga!” She was still laughing while trying to mask her guilt for what she have done.

Ricky was trying his best to be patient with her kahit na asar na asar talaga siya. He also didn’t want to make a scene especially that they were aboard the Time Airways flight from San Nicolas to Manila. He just kept quiet and Maya snuggled closer to him.

“Ricky…”

“Later Maya. Sa bahay na lang tayo magusap.”

“Sorry na kasi. Smile ka na  Sweetheart.” She said in a whisper, not wanting to disturb the other passengers.

Ricky shook his head and smirked. Maya’s getting away with it again. He’s also annoyed with himself. He couldn’t stay mad at her for long kahit na kung minsan ay alam nya na inuuto na siya ni Maya.

She added…

“Isa pa Sweetheart okay lang kasi lahat naman sila may mga asawa na di ba? Normal lang ang ganung usapan. Dapat kasi di ka na nagreact para hindi na halata na affected ka.”

“At kasalanan ko pa ngayon?” he said in a louder voice.

“Shhh… hindi ang sinasabi ko lang eh wala naman yun. Normal lang nga. Oa ka lang.” she tried to explain again.

“Ewan ko sa’yo Maya. I’ll take a nap. Just wake me up kapag nasa Manila na tayo.”

Then Ricky closed his eyes leaving a very guilty yet determined-to-get-his-forgiveness Maya staring in awe at her husband. She even felt giddy doing so that she even kissed his cheek pero Ricky still ignored her and pretended to sleep.

===============

They were cuddling in bed that night…

“Promise sweetheart, okay na yun sinulat ko kanina. Kahit ipabasa ko pa.”

“Yeah right. Mamaya nyan, you will write all the details again. Sweetheart you don’t have to write those. Private stuff yun at dapat between the two of us lang ang ganun. Confidential dapat.”

“Confidential at private nga Ricky. Ang kulit.”

“Why were they able to know about it?”

“Eh kasi nga nakasulat sa notebook ni Cho. Di ko kasi nadala yun journal ko.”

“Private yun. Dapat you guard it at di iiwan kung saan saan. For the two of us lang dapat.”

“Oo nga, for you and me naman talaga. Malay ko ba na babasahin nila yun.”

“Bakit mo kasi iniwan?”

“Nangungulit ka kasi, di ba? Di ko tuloy napansin na naiwan ko pala sa kamamadali ko.”

“So it’s my fault?”

“Oo. Kasi kung hindi mo ako kinulit for breakfast eh sana hindi ako nagmadali at hindi ko naiwan.”

“Okay naiwan na kung naiwan pero why do you have to write those. Hindi na kailangan yun.”

“Di ba nga lahat sinusulat ko?”

“Lahat!? Oh my God sweetheart in detail? Baka even who gets to be under or on top, or yun step by step, isinulat mo?” He was only teasing her but Maya shyly bowed her head, her blush creeping on her cheeks… “Tama ako? Pati yun isinulat mo?!!!?” It was Ricky now who turned red imagining what his wife could have probably written in her diary.

“Ricky… Hindi naman nga kasi yun dapat mabasa ng iba. Aksidente lang na nabasa nina Kute, Nanay, Tatay, Simon…”

“Oo na. I get it already. You dont have to mention all who saw what you wrote.” Before she was able to enumerate everybody Ricky stopped her as he was already embarrassed by the mere thought that they were all able to read what his wife had written in detail.

“Eh sila lang naman yun. Pamilya naman natin sila at malalapit na kaibigan.” She explained hoping that her offense would be lessened with her explanation.

“Maya! Ang mga ganung bagay hindi kailangan isulat. Atsaka why do you have to write those? Yun mga ganun hindi na isinusulat. Those were supposed to be private.”

“Private naman nga, ang kulit mo naman Ricky kanina ka pa! Paulit ulit na tayo! Aksidente lang nga na nabasa nila. Hindi naman sinasadya.”

“I mean you don’t have to write it. Bakit mo ba kailangan isulat? So you will read it over and over?”

“Eh para malaman natin kung ano ang dapat iimprove.” She shyly replied.

“What!!!??? What do we need to improve???” He said in a louder than normal voice as he was surprised with what his wife said.

“Ssshhhh!!! Ang lakas naman ng boses mo Ricky! Baka marinig ka naman ng mga tao sa labas.”

“So now nahihiya ka! Grabe ka sweetheart! You mean we still need to improve? God nahiya naman ako sa’yo!” Ricky reacted. He was actually amused with his wife.

Maya was already embarrassed. Now its Ricky’s turn to tease her. “So what do I need to improve ba sweetheart? Tell me para I could address it right away. Eto ba? Or eto?”

“Ricky nakakainis ka! Wag ka nga!” Ricky was already tickling her and trying to kiss Maya who is now getting pikon at her husband.

But Ricky is adamant in getting what he wants. Actually their conversation had been affecting him already and since they weren’t able to maximize their ‘you and me’ time in San Nicolas because he was afraid that the thin walls of the dela Rosa residence won’t be able to subdue the noise they would create, he’s been looking forward to being alone with his wife and do their ‘usap’.

He was kissing Maya on her shoulders and neck but she pushed him.

“Sweetheart mamaya na. Toothbrush muna ako.” She complained.

“Sweetheart okay lang.” And he still continued what he was doing which now pissed off Maya.

“Nakakainis ka. Teka muna sabi.” Then she stood up leaving Ricky in the middle of their bed.

When he saw Maya going towards the bathroom he scrambled to follow her with the intention of joining her. Maybe they could take a shower again ‘together’ and maybe he could get her to ‘talk’ but Maya pushed him out the bathroom, not wanting to be disturbed.

“Ricky ang kulit. Nakakainis ka na! Mamaya na sabi. Mabilis lang ako.”

“But sweetheart…” He was about to insist and force himself in the bathroom to join her when her phone suddenly rang. It distracted both of them. Maya took the chance to lock herself in their bathroom.

“Ricky pakisagot na lang muna. Si Emman yan. Tinatanong ko kasi ng flight schedule.” Maya shouted while inside then bathroom.

Ricky had no choice but to answer her phone.

“Maya!!!!!”, the loud shriek was heard which made Ricky wince. Before he was even able to say a word, the caller talked nonstop, “Grabe ka! Detalyado talaga! At yun description mo of your husband!!! Who would have thought that the serious Mr. Lim had that wild side in him. Ang swerte swerte swerte mo! Di ko na tuloy alam how to look at Mr. Lim without imagining yung mga isinulat mo. Daily talaga at kulang pa? You’re insatiable. Kawawa naman ang hubby mo huy! Pero may alam akong videos and books para alam mo na, to spice up pa yung loving-loving nyo, na para sa akin eh sobrang spicy naman na based on the detailed step by step procedure you’ve written.” he laughed then continued, “Para kang nageexplain ng dance routine. Di talaga kita kinaya Mayabels! Lalo na yun sa kitchen ng Chibugan sa San Nicolas…” But before he could say more a very pissed, tiger-mode Ricky was glaring at his wife who just came out of the bathroom.

He handed Maya her cellphone without saying anything to the other person on the line.

His eyebrows were furrowed and he was really mad.

“Oh bakit ganyan ang hitsura mo? Asus… magpalakambing ka pa. Later na Sweetheart. Basa pa yun buhok ko. Shower ka na din muna.” Then he placed the phone to her ear.

“Huy Maya kaya pala kanina pa ako salita ng salita eh di ka kumikibo busy ka pala sa preparation for another action-packed night.” He chuckled at the other end.

Siyempre clueless si Maya, “Sir James?”

Patay!

A/N

Lagot ka talaga Maya! Pa’no ka makakabawi kay Ricky?

Paano nga ba?

Just let your imagination work dear readers. Kayo ang magaling sa ganyan. Hindi ako! =)

Can We Start Over Again (Prologue)

A/N :  I am more comfortable using Maya and Richard as character names and I’m sure most of you already associate those names to ‘kilig’ and ‘goodvibes’.

Now I’m trying their new character names ‘Frank and Chinggay’.

Let’s see how it goes….

Sorry for the delay of the other stories’ updates. Been very busy the past weeks. But I will finish all stories.  Hindi ko kayo bibitinin. Medyo matatagalan lang pero tatapusin ko.

Again thank you for reading and for your patience in waiting for the updates. Thank you too for taking time to leave comments. I appreciate them all.

=========================

“Chinggay…” He was behind her and his voice startled her.”

She turned around and it was indeed him. She wasn’t just imagining his voice. Frank had a wide smile when Chinggay finally faced him.

“Frank  anong… paanong… anong ginagawa mo rito?” her face registered surprise but it didn’t have that happiness or excitement he was expecting to see.

“Uhm I asked your Nanay Tere for your address. I actually begged her.” he gave a soft  chuckle trying to mask the sadness he instantly felt after seeing her expression.

“Kumusta ka na?” he continued.

She didn’t greet him but instead did what she deemed right at the moment.

“Gabi na Frank. Pagod na ako. Mula umaga yun pasok ko. It’s already late and we both need to rest besides it would be inappropriate to invite you inside while I’m expecting someone to visit me.”

“Ching please. I just want to see you and talk to you. It’s been years. I’ve been looking for you all these years. Please just give me at least 10 minutes. I need to talk to you. This won’t take long.”

“Frank hindi nga pwede. Kailangan ko nang maghanda kasi may bisita nga ako.”

She needed to lie if that would be the only way to deter him from insisting that she talk to him.

His face fell, a sudden wave of pain, regret, hurt, loss engulfed him that his eyes suddenly burned as tears found its way to the surface, and without uttering another word, he just nodded his head to express his approval of what she said and turned to leave. He didn’t want to appear pitiful in front of her.

He was hurt and tired. He felt lost, like all the excitement he felt the whole day in anticipation of seeing her,  left his whole being.

With slumped shoulders and downcast face he proceeded to the visitor’s area where he had been waiting for her for almost 14 hours already.

He retrieved his bag and left, too anguished to even spare a glance at the receptionist and guard.

The ladies in the lobby witnessed the whole scene and their hearts went out to him.

======================

Chinggay was trying her best not to cry and be affected  by his sudden appearance.

It took all her strength to ignore him to act as if he didn’t matter to her because as much as she denied it, Frank has always been in her mind almost everyday.

He continued to invade her thoughts and even her heart even after she decided to leave and sever any connection with him.

He looked tired, she noticed. He also looked weary and lonely the moment she rejected him and denied him entry from her unit.

Earlier, when their eyes met, she saw hope in his, excitement like he couldn’t wait to engulf her in his arms, like he couldn’t wait to be with her, talk to her. But that look on him scared her. She worked hard to put up the walls around her heart when it comes to him. She refused getting hurt again. She intentionally hurt him so he would leave her alone.

That’s the only way to forget him, that’s the only way to make him stop bothering her.

She was still in deep thought when she heard a knock on her door. She immediately opened it, half expecting that it was him and half hoping that it wasn’t.

“Ms Chinggay, your friend forgot his coat.” the receptionist Lily, a Puerto Rican handed her Frank’s coat.

“Oh thank you Lily. It’s freezing outside. Did he arrange for a cab? What time did he arrive?” She tried to ask. She was suddenly worried that Frank obviously, had to walk the streets of New York in the very cold winter night.

“My shift started around 7am but the logbook showed that Mr. Frank  arrived at 6:15 in the morning.”

“What?” Chinggay couldn’t believe that Frank arrived a few minutes after she left in the morning. He waited for many hours for her.

“Yes and he just stayed at the lobby the whole day. He didn’t want to leave because he said, you might arrive earlier. He said he wanted to be there once you arrive. He said it’s a surprise.”

Chinggay couldn’t utter a word.

Lily continued…

“Ms. Dolan offered him lunch but he just accepted the coffee we gave him. He said he was too excited to even eat.”

“Did he write where he stays? His address? Did he write it?” She was now feeling guilty after finding about the effort Frank exerted just to see her.

“He didn’t have one. He said he went here straight from the airport. We thought he was a relative of yours Ms.Chinggay. He was carrying a bag when he arrived and the coat I just gave you.”

With what she heard from Lily,  Chinggay didn’t think twice anymore. She needs to run after him.

“Thank you Lily. I have to go after him.”

===================================

PS.

Here muna… I need to get used to their new names. I’ll post a Richard-Maya update later. Inaayos ko lang.

Have a great day everyone!
